Kat's lifelong wish of having her own food business grew from sadly being made redundant during the COVID-19 pandemic. What started off as a negative turned into a huge positive and her dream was born.

Kat's aim is to bring back the memories of fabulous holidays in the Far East through her authentic food. For those who haven't travelled there, you get, to enjoy the mouth-watering experience of Kat's recipes in the comfort of your own home.

Kat has worked particularly hard on her delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes. Also,  her exquisite sauces which compliment her food.
