Growing up on her family’s farm in Maha Sarakham, young Kat rose before dawn to prepare fresh Thai and Isan dishes, chopping herbs from the fields, balancing fiery chilli with zesty lime and aromatic fish sauce, then selling them at the local market before school. What began as a childhood passion turned into Kat’s Cuisine, an award-winning authentic Thai Isan takeaway (proudly named St Albans Food Retailer of the Year).
