At Kat’s Oriental Cuisine, we’re passionate about giving back to the community that has supported us over the past five years.
Growing up in rural Thailand, I was surrounded by nature, so moving to England made me miss that connection. Finding Highfield Park brought back those happy memories.
We’re lucky to have such a beautiful, accessible park on our doorstep. I really admire how hard the trustees work to keep it open and welcoming for the public.

Growing up in Thailand, I was surrounded by the warmth of a close-knit village community.
When my children started at Windermere School, I was delighted to find a similar sense of community. I saw a chance to contribute by making spring rolls for fundraising events, which quickly became a favourite.
