My Vegan Dishes

Having grown up on a farm with an abundance of fresh, organic vegetables and herbs. Kat has practically lived a vegan lifestyle since childhood.

Although Kats is not a complete vegan, she eats a huge variety of vegetables and often eats plant-based food as part of her daily diet. 

One of the main reasons Kat does this is because of the health and energy benefits.

This year Kat has focused on her vegan menu, increasing the number of dishes available, but also working hard on her delicious, authentic sauces.
