Massaman Curry

  • Vibe: Gentle, cosy, and luxurious — the mildest and most comforting Thai curry.

  • Flavour highlights: Warm spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, star anise), coconut milk, potatoes, roasted peanuts. Subtly sweet, nutty, and richly aromatic.

  • Spice level: Famously the gentlest of all Thai curries — warmth from spices, not chillies. Ours is mild to medium, perfect for easy enjoyment.
