Not sure which curry to order from Kat’s Cuisine in St Albans? Here's a quick guide to help you pick the perfect one. All freshly made to order, bursting with authentic Thai flavour, and served with fragrant jasmine rice!

Thai Green Curry

  • Vibe: Bright, fresh, and herbaceous. The most vibrant of the bunch!

  • Flavour highlights: Fresh green chillies, Thai basil, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves. Aromatic, slightly sweet, with a lively herbal kick.

  • Spice level: Often the boldest heat (thanks to fresh chillies), but ours is tuned mild to medium. Gentle warmth with tons of freshness.

  • Best for: Herb lovers who want something zesty and fragrant. Try our Chicken, Beef, Prawn, or Tofu Green Curry!

Thai Red Curry

  • Vibe: Rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. A comforting classic with soul-warming depth.

  • Flavour highlights: Dried red chillies, garlic, lemongrass, galangal, aromatic spices. Velvety, savory-sweet, with layered chilli warmth.

  • Spice level: Medium richness (dried chillies bring steady heat), but we keep it mild to medium. Approachable yet full-bodied.

  • Best for: Those craving indulgent, creamy comfort with a satisfying kick. Options include Chicken, Beef, Prawn, Tofu, or even Duck Red Curry!

Massaman Curry

  • Vibe: Gentle, cozy, and luxurious. The mildest and most comforting Thai curry.

  • Flavour highlights: Warm spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, star anise), coconut milk, potatoes, roasted peanuts. Subtly sweet, nutty, richly aromatic.

  • Spice level: Famously the gentlest. Warmth from spices, not chillies. Ours is mild to medium, perfect for easy enjoyment.

  • Best for: Anyone wanting rich flavour without much heat. Great intro to Thai curries! Choose Lamb, Chicken, Beef, or Tofu Massaman.
