Kat's Oriental Cuisine – Authentic Thai & Isan Takeaway in St Albans

I grew up on my family's farm in Maha Sarakham, in the heart of Isan, Northeast Thailand. Every morning before school, I cooked fresh Thai and Isan dishes to sell at the local market, learning to balance chilli, lime, fish sauce and herbs using ingredients picked straight from the fields.

 

I bring that same care to every dish I cook in St Albans. Whether it's a green curry, a Pad Thai or a papaya salad, everything is made fresh to order with real Thai herbs, exactly the way I learned as a child.
